About Gail

Gail is an Enneagram coach, teacher and trainer with many years of experience in training and development in the hospitality industry. She enjoys helping to bring out the best in people by encouraging them to use their talents and abilities, and best of all she is approachable and easy to talk to.

“We are currently in a powerful time of change, reflection, challenge and opportunity. Becoming ‘EnneaSmart’ can help us to live our life in a freer and more purposeful way.”

“The Enneagram has helped me with my own self development and work. Acknowledging and working with my Enneagram type and tri-types has empowered me to set new goals, be more peaceful and accepting of myself and bring a new perspective to my leadership training.”

I created EnneaSmart because I am passionate about the Enneagram and want to be able to share this wisdom with others so they can benefit too. We are currently in a powerful time of change, reflection, challenge and opportunity. Becoming “EnneaSmart” can help us to live our life in a freer and more purposeful way.

Gail brings her experience of the Enneagram, combined with 16 years of training and development for the Red Carnation Hotels, award winning boutique hotels well known around the world for their excellence, personalised service and friendliness.

“My trainees at The Twelve Apostles Hotel & Spa loved learning about their Enneagram Types. It inspired and motivated them. Their increased understanding of themselves had a positive impact on their communication skills with colleagues in their teams and their self-esteem and confidence.”

Gail brings an attitude of patience and encouragement from her years of working as a remedial and learning support teacher in primary schools, where she helped children develop self-confidence, skills and an attitude of “I can.”

The cultivation of Mindfulness is part of the Enneagram journey as it invites awareness and attention to our inner and outer worlds, compassionate self-acceptance and an ability to be present.

Gail regularly practices yoga, pilates, mindfulness meditation, art and walks in nature and can share her personal experience in how to develop a mindful approach to one’s life.

Whether you are required to make changes and find new ways to live and work or want to achieve more self- awareness, confidence and motivation, Gail can guide you to benefit from the incredible wisdom of The Enneagram in just a few sessions.
